How to make a complaint: Please email complaints@paychoice.com.nz with a description of the issue and your preferred resolution. Please attach any relevant documents to help us investigate the matter quickly.

Our commitment to you:

  • Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge your complaint within two working days.

  • Investigation: We will evaluate all information provided and aim to resolve the matter fairly.

  • Resolution: We will provide a formal response within 20 working days.

External Dispute Resolution If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may contact Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL) – A Financial Ombudsman Service. FSCL is a free, independent, and fair external dispute resolution service approved by the Minister of Consumer Affairs.
